Duke's Place v3.0

I've spent a while recently updating my webpage, Duke's Place.

The main difference is that the page has been taken out of the old table style and replaced with a new frames style. This makes the page load a bit quicker on dial-up modems. This change should also make some parts of the site more accessable.
